I'm back! from Australia & a great wkend

haven't been updating since I came back, because I was busy with many other things & events! shall leave the Australia posts till when I'm more free, photos are in fact already up in FB. so yep, for the time being I'll leave it aside for a while.

anyway, this weekend has been, I think I can say... sweet! been hanging out with Jer & his friends... actually I can say my friends too, its almost a year! Bing proposed to Jo at WCP and he involved the whole gang. its the first time I'm part of sth like this and yeah, its sweet. but the bride-to-be didn't cry leh, hahaha.

and of cos she said 'I do' (: they've been together since poly, sweet!

and last night we watched night at the museum 2 with the same gang after dinner at Jer's place. his parents are real nice... I had actually turned down the invitation for dinner cos already made plans with my family. But I learnt that it seems they wanted to cook a nice Korean meal cos I havent eaten at their place for some time (due to my grad trip). so yeah, I turned up and Jer's frens called us for the movie. So I guess it's fated that I spend Sunday evening with him. haha.

talk abt fate... on sat after the proposal, we made our way to West Coast Plaza for dinner at Sushi Tei. we had a big grp and were waiting for our orders to come, so I was just looking around the restaurant. there was this little boy right opposite our long table playing around, jumping up and down. he was cute, and when he looked at me I waved. haha, he was so friendly and smiled & waved back.

this continued for a few times while he was having a great time jumping up & down. until... I saw the guy seated in the same cubicle as them. it was my cousin's husband. then did I realise the 3 little boys were my nephew and my dear cousin was there. you might ask how come I couldn't recognise my own nephews. It's cos this cousin had lived very far from us in SengKang all these yrs, and I only knew the eldest boy. it was only recently that she moved to Clementi. and I recognised my cousin from the knitted cap she was wearing over her head. yeah, the cousin I blogged abt previously who was getting treatment for cancer? this is the one... seeing her with the boys, eating dinner like a happy family makes me feel relieved for her. I wish her a speedy recovery...

and guys? time for a long time due gathering, man... even if its at JP I wouldn't mind, haha!
